Built Around Your Business
WE SIMPLIFYTRANSFORMATION
Building honest working relationships is the foundation of everything we do.
It starts with Your Vision
From planning and designing to permitting, building, and execution, we bring experienced construction project management, high-quality craftsmanship, and dependable communication every step of the way.
INDUSTRIAL
Requires careful planning to minimize operational disruptions, maintain safety, and accommodate complex facility requirements. Working with a general contractor who understands that makes all the difference.
Commercial
Opening a new business, renovating an existing space, or expanding your operations comes with tight deadlines, budgets, and many moving parts. Local experience helps us more accurately estimate timeline feasibility.
SPECIALTY
From custom millwork and finishes to additions and custom builds, we bring the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized project management needed to transform your ideas into exceptional spaces.
When You Work With CK
You get more than just your average general contractor. Every project receives full service from our entire team of construction professionals.
the foundation
Our father, Joe, arrived in the United States on October 20th, 1973. As a first-generation Italian immigrant, he came to America seeking prosperity, through utilizing the construction labor skills he already knew. Our father sacrificed the roots he had in Bari, Italy, to chase his dream of building a better future for his family and future generations. Through hard work, determination, & sacrifice, our father provided for our family, and laid the foundation for our life now, our work ethic, and the things we value most.
At CK Construction’s conception, our vision was to start a business that embodied the spirit of what our father did for us, and that allowed us to share his expert craftsmanship with our community. In building this business, we’ve come to value the honest relationships we’ve grown with our customers, over the profits our company makes.
Today, we are proud to say that our team has grown from a Father-Sons operation, to a fully trained & hand selected team of project managers and construction professionals dedicated to genuinely serving you.
"CK Construction did an amazing job helping me with some work at my Catering Kitchen Downtown. Brian Ocon was extremely helpful from start to finish. I definitely would recommend them for all of your needs. I look forward to working with them in the future."
