Sweet Reserve, a boutique coffee shop and pastry destination, has worked with us on many of their cafe build outs over the past couple of years. They have locations in: Schaumburg, Skokie, and Lombard, IL. On all the projects we’ve completed together, we’ve worked within a strict timeline that left little room for error. Before we began as their cafe renovation partner, they knew finding the right construction company to execute their vision was crucial.
After proving our urgency to meet desired deadlines while working with Sweet Reserve on a few of their other locations in 2024, CK Construction was looped in to manage the execution of their latest expansion, located in Winfield, IL.
From the start, our team leaned into our project management strengths: clear communication, efficient planning, and an all-hands-on-deck approach that matched Sweet Reserve’s energy. We worked closely with the owners and design team of Sweet Reserve Cafe & Bakery to finalize finishes, adjust their existing brand to this new space, and navigate permitting—all without losing sight of the very important grand opening date of March 15th, 2025.
After just 8 weeks of dedicated project management & execution by our construction team, we delivered a polished, inviting cafe space, right on time for their grand opening!
