Our Customer's Vision

This client was looking to remodel their space without losing sight of the culture surrounding their southern Indian cuisine. The client wanted to turn their remodeling project around in enough time to be open in time for a holiday celebrated in their culture.

Things we had to keep in mind

The biggest hurdle for this project was the amount of time it took to deliver their custom commercial captive air hood. This piece was a special & custom made hood for their kitchen. The project was still finished within the desired timeline so they could be open to celebrate Onam!
