Our Customer's Vision
The client, who has a background in exterior work and experience at the national industry level, envisioned a seamless transformation of her home’s exterior. She came to us with a pre-sketch and sought a reliable company that could bring her dream design to life. Her main request was that CK coordinate every detail with precision and ensure a smooth, well-planned execution.
Excluding the roof, every element was redone including: siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and tuck-pointing/masonry work.
Things we had to keep in mind
Weather was a key concern, requiring careful scheduling and protective measures. CK managed the project in phases to maintain site safety and minimize disruption, ensuring the homeowner remained comfortable throughout.
Project Timeline
The base project was completed in 6-7 weeks. Including additional masonry work requested, the full project was completed in 9 weeks.
